BENDA vehicle warranty

The official representative and importer of BENDA motorcycles in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania is RM Tehnic OÜ. Vehicles purchased through us receive a manufacturer’s warranty and legal protection in accordance with applicable law.

Every new BENDA vehicle receives up to 36 months of warranty from the date of delivery, provided that maintenance has been performed on time at authorized Benda service centers and the vehicle has been used according to the manual. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that manifest during normal use.

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear (brakes, chain, tires, etc.), damage caused by accidents or misuse, unauthorized modifications, or economic loss resulting from the unavailability of the vehicle.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the Benda dealer who sold the vehicle or an authorized RM Tehnic OÜ service center as soon as possible – we will help identify the fault and process the warranty application.
